Fine Finishing — Hat Trick
So my latest FO is the sample for the Stitches ETC class Entrelac Hat Trick: 3 Entrelac Essentials. Kellie actually helped me come up with the name and the basic topic. It is designed for anyone interested in learning more about entrelac (from beginner to advanced). And most folks should leave with a completed project.
This hat is just another example of using lots of colors/yarns in a single entrelac project. And that makes people worry about dealing with all the ends. In fact, I spent more time completing the braids (which didn’t take very long) than I did on weaving in the ends. The reason is that I try to weave them in as I go whenever possible. Sometimes I miss one or it isn’t convenient to take care of it on the fly, so those I deal with later, but most are already handled and all I need to do is trim them!
How do you deal with your ends?!?!
