Finishing Success!
Here it is! The Mythos!
Finishing it took me a little while longer than I thought to get it completely done, but I love it. I started this probably 3 years ago and it is worth the wait. I’ve been wearing it a lot. It’s perfect for indoor air conditioning as well as the transition to Autumn here in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US. The yarn is Fleece Artist BFL in color Moss. Yum.
I also finished the re-engineered baby cardi for my granddaughter.
This got done in just a few weeks. It was really fun to eliminate the stair-step increases and decreases that were part of the original design. I replaced them all with short rows and was left with beautiful, smooth edges for seaming and picking up for the ribbing. Not only gorgeous, but a geeky knitter’s dream.

Thanks to short rows instead of stair-step cast ons and bind offs, I was met with even, smooth edges, ready for slip-stitch crochet seaming.
